The Demski Group developed the Htech mobile application using Swift for iOS and Java for Android, with PHP for the backend. The application provided a comprehensive and user-friendly platform for home buyers to explore properties and connect with agents.
We developed robust search functionality that allowed users to browse nearby homes based on various criteria such as location, price, and property type. Interactive maps were integrated to help users locate and view properties in their desired areas. Detailed property listings included high-quality images, descriptions, and key details such as pricing, square footage, and amenities, along with virtual tours and videos to give users a comprehensive view of the properties. The application enabled direct communication between home buyers and real estate agents through in-app messaging and features for scheduling property viewings and requesting additional information from agents. A user-friendly interface was designed using Swift for iOS and Java for Android, ensuring smooth navigation and interaction to enhance the user experience.
